HD108 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1. General Terms & Eligibility

By registering and using the HD108 platform ("Platform"), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and HD108. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use HD108's services.

To register and use the HD108 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration
• Located in a jurisdiction where the use of such a platform is permitted by law
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition imposed by any relevant authority
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person
• Has not previously had an account closed by HD108 due to a terms violation

The HD108 platform may not be used by HD108 employees, their immediate family members, or any individual directly involved in the platform's operations. Any breach of this restriction will result in the forfeiture of all winnings and immediate account closure without notice.

2. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to register only one HD108 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is strictly prohibited. HD108 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate registrations, including checks across devices, IP addresses, and financial information.

During registration, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address
• Choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential from others
• Updating your account information should any details change
• Do not share your account login with any other party

HD108 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your account, particularly where such access occurs due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on HD108 are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). HD108 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for users in Malaysia:

• DuitNow – Direct transfer to your bank account, processed within 3–10 minutes
• GrabPay – Instant deposit to your GrabPay wallet

• ShopeePay – Deposit via ShopeePay wallet
• FPX Internet Banking – Via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other FPX member banks

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM 5. HD108 does not set a maximum daily deposit limit, though your bank or e-wallet limits may apply. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 and the maximum daily withdrawal is RM 100,000 unless otherwise agreed.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals — in which case, the withdrawal will be processed via DuitNow to your bank account. HD108 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal deemed unusual or for withdrawals exceeding RM 50,000.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

HD108 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable conditions.

General principles that apply to all HD108 bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the rollover requirements are met
• Rollover requirements are calculated based on qualifying bet amounts, not all bet types – ineligible bets will be specified in the respective promotion's terms
• HD108 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of promotional abuse.
• Each promotion has a stated validity period – any unused bonus will expire automatically once the period ends
• A member may not use more than one welcome promotion unless otherwise stated

Promotion abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, transferring bonus credits between accounts, or employing betting strategies specifically designed to minimise risk while fulfilling rollover requirements (e.g. placing simultaneous bets on both sides). HD108 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit winnings in such cases.

5. Betting Rules

The minimum bet for all game types and markets on HD108 is RM 1. Maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and member account status. Current limits are displayed in real time on the interface before you confirm your bet.

For Sports Betting and e-sports, the following additional conditions apply:

• Bets placed after a match has started are subject to the in-play odds at the time of acceptance, not the odds displayed when you first opened the page
• HD108 reserves the right to reject or void any bet placed after the relevant event has occurred but before the system has received the update (e.g. a goal scored before the betting deadline)
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, all bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's rules as stated in the HD108 sports terms.
• Odds offered are the current odds at the time the bet is accepted – HD108 is not responsible for any odds discrepancies resulting from network delays on the user's end

For Live Casino games, all decisions announced by the dealer are final. In the event of a technical failure during a game session, HD108 reserves the right to void the round in question and return all bets to the participants involved.

6. Account Closure & Restrictions

HD108 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmed fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity
• Abuse of HD108 bonuses or promotions
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of unauthorised automation software, bots, or assistance tools
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member

Members who wish to voluntarily close their own account may do so by contacting the HD108 support team. Any valid remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable conditions.

7. Liability & Limitation of Liability

HD108 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, HD108 does not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, HD108 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming outcomes
• Losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or network issues beyond HD108's control
• Losses resulting from the user's failure to follow account security guidelines
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform

In cases where HD108 is found liable for any claim, our total liability is limited to the net deposit amount you have made within the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to that claim.

You agree not to bring personal claims against any individual employee, director, or representative of HD108. Claims must be directed against the HD108 entity as a whole through the appropriate channels.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
